PS. You do not need to be a subscriber to shop at Farm To You! Subscribers are customers who subscribe to the on-line shopping service but all are welcome to shop here, just like any other grocer.
SUMMER MARKET SEASON -- TIME TO SUBSCRIBE!
What do subscribers say?
"Farm To You has been an easy way for me to feed my family locally grown food all year long. I love the convenience of ordering on-line. I can plan meals around food that is available, and it's quick and easy to pick up my order every week. I spend much less time in the grocery store looking for good food!" Anne
In addition to being a local food grocer, Farm To You also offers the convenience of on-line grocery shopping, for customers who choose to subscribe to that service. There are more flexible subscription options this season.
Customers wishing to shop on-line subscribe to all, or part, of a six-month "season" of weekly ordering. The Winter Market Season completed its fifth year this past April! The Summer Market Season began in June but you may subscribe any time. Unlike a CSA, subscribers order just what they want, in the quantity they need; there are no minimum order requirements.
Subscribers order from an extensive menu of locally grown, raised and made food products, including: pantry goods (marinara sauce, granola, grape juice, Wade's Mill flours, corn products and mixes, Woodson's mill pancake mix, Virginia wine, malt and apple cider vinegars, honey, jams, applesauce, syrups, pasta); frozen products (marinara sauce, pesto, No-Bull Veggie burgers (served at Pure Eats), soups; refrigerated items (butter, cheese, grass-based milk, yogurt, half & half, cream, eggs, krauts, kimchi, kraut juices); and meats (grass-fed beef, veal, heritage pork, chicken); and, finally, all manner of produce!
To learn more, please see the FAQs. To subscribe on-line, simply complete the following form.
Subscribers may order every week from the on-line menu. (For a peek at the current menu, go to the Place Your Order page and enter the password "summer.") Subscribers then pick up their order, packed in their "Farm To You" cotton tote bag, at Farm To You in Lexington.
